• General Returns:
  We will happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt/delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy applies to unopened, unused, and undamaged items in original quantities and condition with the original receipt.
  
  
• Return shipping/handling and original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable and are at the customer's expense. Returned items that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  
  
• Bulk items (defined as 25 or more of any one item) must be returned in original quantities, original condition, and original packaging within 30 days of receipt/delivery. Returned bulk items that are not defective are also subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  
  
• Special orders and customized items are not returnable and are considered to be final sales.
  
  
• Damaged Items:
  If your item(s) were damaged in shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receipt/delivery at info@shalomscrapper.com for exchange instructions. Original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded, but we will gladly reship replacement items at our expense.
  
  
• Customer Return Process:
  If you will be returning merchandise please email info@shalomscrapper.com for an authorization code to include in your return shipment. We cannot accept returns without an authorization code. Please do not forget to include your original receipt as part of your return (please make a copy for your records).

We want you to be happy with all of your purchases from Shalom Scrapper. Great care is taken in the fulfillment of your order to ensure our products arrive to you in the same excellent condition they left us.

Shipping:
We utilize Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service for all domestic shipments. Orders will arrive in a secure, flat and resilient package.

For international shipments, please note that your invoice at checkout does not represent your final shipping cost. We will contact you personally via email to confirm your order and your final shipping cost.

Given the differences between screen resolutions and monitor types our papers may arrive to you with slight color shifts than what you see on your screen.

We are happy to be considered an angel company. We want you to be successful using our products. This way it is a win/win for both of us. Given the challenge of finding high quality Jewish papers and die cuts we are 100% supportive of helping creative people express themselves.

We are happy to have you use Shalom Scrapper products in projects where you plan to sell or exhibit your artwork. We thank you in advance for honoring our policy that all of our designs are copyrighted by Shalom Scrapper. Thank you in advance for respecting our copyrights and trademarks. Specific guidelines inlcude:

1. If using stamps, please hand-stamp each project individually.

2. No mechanical reproduction of any sort is allowed.

3. No scanning, no photocopying, and no printing of items for resale or use is allowed. You must use the original Shalom Scrapper product.

4. As a general rule we do allow you to make 3 color copies of a completed project for your personal use/archives.

5. We do ask that you give a credit to Shalom Scrapper - especially if submitting art for publication.
